Here you can see three packages which should cover most people’s needs. However, you can mix and match services or add other services as you wish. These three packages are mainly to give you an idea of what we offer. The prices here are for properties within 20km of Granada City. Property Management Packages

Bronze (Non-rental properties)

  • Key holding
  • Twice monthly visits to the property which include:
    • Checking security system
    • Pest & infestation check
    • Collecting post & forwarding on to the owner
    • Watering plants
    • Visual inspection of interior & exterior
    • Airing of the property
    • Testing appliances & electrical equipment
    • Checking contents against inventory
  • Monthly reports to the owner including any suggestions or recommendations

Price: 2 bedroom property   - 20 € / week

         3 bedroom property    - 30 € / week

         4 bedroom property    - 40 € / week

         5+ bedroom property - 50 € / week

Postage costs will be charged separately at cost plus 7.5% administration cost.

Extras

  • Providing clean towels and linen for your arrival
  • Cleaning the property
  • Providing a welcome pack for your arrival with basic supplies
  • Providing a maid service during your stay
  • Cleaning and maintenance of the swimming pool
  • Any repairs needed
  • Cleaning the garden

Silver (occasionally rented properties) to be used in conjunction with bronze package

  • Cleaning before and after rentals
  • Meeting and greeting your guests and showing them around the property
  • Checking contents against the inventory before and after rental period
  • Supplying clean towels and linen before and after rental period
  • Providing welcome packs with basic supplies for guests
  • Receiving and returning safety deposit
  • Providing a point of contact for your guests

Price per guest (price of services in bronze package is not included):

      2 bedroom property     -   90 €

      3 bedroom property     -  110 €

      4 bedroom property     -  130 €

      5+ bedroom property   -  140 €

Extras:

  • In depth cleaning (windows, inside kitchen cupboards, drawers, ovens etc)
  • Airport transfers
  • Maid service during the rental period
  • Cleaning and maintenance of the swimming pool
  • Any repairs needed
  • Cleaning the garden

Gold Package (properties rented out most of the year – up to 4 times a month)

  • All the services included in the bronze and silver packages
  • Bronze services would be carried out in between each guests arrival and departure rather than twice a month

Price:

    2 bedroom property – 400 € / month

    3 bedroom property – 550 € / month

    4 bedroom property – 660 € / month

    5+ bedroom property – 750 € / month

Extras:
